Order Cancellation
- Before printing starts: Full refund (including shipping) within 2 hours of placing the order.
- After printing starts: No cancellation possible. 3D printing is a custom manufacturing process and cannot be reversed once started.

Print Quality Issues
If you receive a print with a manufacturing defect (not related to the original model design), we will either:
- Reprint the model at no additional cost, or
- Refund the full order amount (including shipping)
Conditions for quality claims:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide clear photos showing the defect
- The defect must be a printing error, not a design issue in the original file
Damaged in Shipping
If your print arrives damaged during transit:
- Take photos of the packaging and the damaged print immediately
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We will file a courier claim and send a free reprint
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available for:
- Design issues in the uploaded STL file (e.g., thin walls, unsupported overhangs)
- Normal FDM printing characteristics (visible layer lines, minor stringing)
- Color variations from screen representation
- Orders cancelled after printing has started
- Minor dimensional variations (within ±0.3mm tolerance)
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method through Razorpay
- Processing time: 5-7 business days after approval
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated
Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer a partial refund:
- Minor cosmetic issues that don't affect functionality (up to 30% refund)
- Delayed delivery beyond the estimated window (up to 15% of shipping cost)
