1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Pookie Prints ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

Pookie Prints provides online 3D printing services. You upload an STL file, receive an instant quote, and we print and deliver the physical object to your address in India.

3. Ordering Process

  • Upload an STL file (max 100MB) through our website
  • Our system analyzes the file and provides an instant quote
  • You choose material, quality settings, and confirm the order
  • Payment is processed via Razorpay at checkout
  • We print and ship your order within 7-10 business days

4. Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes (18% GST). Pricing is based on:

  • Material Cost: Weight of the model × material rate (₹4/g for all materials)
  • Printing Cost: Estimated print time × ₹1.5/min
  • Service Fee: ₹50 only for orders under ₹200
  • Shipping: ₹80–₹160 based on delivery zone

Quotes are estimates. Final pricing may vary slightly based on actual print results.

5. File Responsibility

You are responsible for the STL files you upload. You must have the right to print the model. We are not liable for intellectual property disputes arising from files you provide.

6. Print Quality

We strive for high-quality prints. However, FDM 3D printing has inherent limitations:

  • Layer lines may be visible depending on chosen layer height
  • Very small or thin features may not print accurately
  • Colors may vary slightly from screen representation
  • Warping may occur on large flat prints

If your print has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos for a reprint or refund.

7. Delivery

  • We ship across India via Delhivery (19,000+ pin codes)
  • Standard delivery: 7-10 business days from order confirmation
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon handoff to the courier

8. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets. Prices are final at the time of checkout.

9. Intellectual Property

The Pookie Prints name, logo, and website content are our intellectual property. You retain full ownership of your uploaded STL files.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from our service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for fraudulent activity.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
