It's simple! Upload your STL file on our website, and our system will automatically analyze it and show you an instant quote. You can preview your model in 3D, customize material and print settings, then proceed to checkout. We'll print and deliver your model to your doorstep in 7-10 business days.

No account required! You can upload your file, get a quote, and checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track your orders, view order history, and checkout faster on future orders.

We currently accept STL files, which is the most common format for 3D printing. Maximum file size is 100MB. If you have a different format, please contact us and we'll try to help.

Currently, we focus on printing services only. You'll need to provide your own 3D model in STL format. However, we're planning to add design services soon. Contact us if you need help finding a designer.

Our pricing is transparent and formula-based:

• Material Cost: Weight (g) × Price/g (₹4-6 depending on filament type)
• Printing Cost: Time (min) × ₹2/min
• Service Fee: Flat ₹50
• Shipping: ₹80-160 based on your location
• GST: 18% (9% CGST + 9% SGST)

PLA (₹4/g): Easy to print, good for most applications. Default choice.

ABS (₹5/g): Stronger, heat-resistant. Good for functional parts.

PETG (₹5/g): Durable, chemical-resistant. Great for mechanical parts.

TPU (₹6/g): Flexible, rubber-like. For phone cases, grips, etc.

We accept payments via Razorpay, including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and popular wallets like Paytm, PhonePe, and Amazon Pay. All payments are secure and processed with bank-grade encryption.

Absolutely not! What you see in the quote is what you pay. The only mandatory charges are material cost, printing cost, service fee, shipping, and GST. No surprises.

Standard delivery takes 7-10 business days after order confirmation. This includes printing time (3-5 days) and shipping time (2-5 days depending on your location). Metro cities typically receive orders faster.

Not currently, but we're working on it. If you have an urgent requirement, please contact us directly and we'll try our best to accommodate.

We serve all of India through Delhivery logistics, covering 19,000+ pin codes. From metros to small towns, if Delhivery delivers there, so do we. Remote locations may take slightly longer.

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order from your account dashboard if you're logged in.

Our default quality is 0.2mm layer height with 20% infill, which is good for most models. You can choose 0.1mm (fine) for higher detail or 0.3mm (draft) for faster prints. Higher infill percentages are available for stronger parts.

We stand behind our quality! If there's a printing defect or issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll either reprint it or provide a refund, depending on the issue.

Currently, you'll need to place separate orders for each copy. We're working on adding quantity selection to make this easier. For bulk orders (10+ pieces), contact us directly for discounted pricing.
